Lol mate, all contributions gratefully recieved.

I suppose i should start logging some workouts in here.

pulldown 50kg 10x10

cable pullover 25kg 10x10

lateral raise 17.5kg DB's 4x10 12.5kg DB's 6x10

sit down and shake, one set for 120 seconds.

Did everything with a smooth even tempo focusing on contracting the muscles.

Bodyweight today 15 stone 10 pounds. I want to get to sixteen stone and a little leaner in the next six weeks. doable i think.

Tonight:
squats, ten times ten 70kg short rests, felt like i couldnt go on after five sets, got a second wind after 7th one and finished easy.

started phase two of my cycle today, lean mass... 1ml EOD of wildcat trenprop (75mg tren ace / 125mg test prop per ML), 50mg winny tab ED, 20mg epistane ED. will run it like that for the next six weeks and then take it from there. also adding an extra100g whey protein to my diet.

Only started the epi today. I am thinking that the whole lot together with this 10x10 and lots of protein i should be able to break the 16 stone mark without getting fat. Well i hope so anyway.

if you get fat on carbs then get in some more fats mate, protein burns 1/3 of its calories just to be digested, plus its mega expensive too

Ok Mr Winker and Mr Tomazi.

On Friday I am viewing an apartment at 6pm, i will not train, and will probably be home around 7 to 730, then its a case of showering and get on my way. I can possibly be in Manc around 830/900.

Do you still guys up for it, I will drive this time as too much hassle to get trains and all that. We can grab something to eat at Nando's if you want or just go for drinks. Let me know asap so we can finalise all. Alternatively we can do Saturday if you both prefer. Let me know.

Oh, yeah, almost forgot

Hi matey. That sounds good. I'm up for either of those things, nando's or out dancin or sommat. We could always eat then go on somewhere for a bit to eye up the girls

Just not 42nd street.

Saturday's no good for me, got something i have to go to.

So, we'll meet up say 9.00 then go and do whatever from there? how about we meet in the arndale car park where we parked after the MT meal. I'm only suggesting that as it's cerntral, if you know a better place then thats cool with me.

On another note, as i've been walking about today i feel really big around the shoulders, similar to how i felt on my first SD cycle.
