We may both have different goals. For the majority of the year, I am concentrating on myofibril hypertrophy as opposed to sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.

Day 19 Chest + shoulders + triceps today. Didn't sleep that well, and it's effects in the gym were apparant. Cut my session short as I also felt a little lethargic. Still a nice pump though. I Don't normally get a pump in my shoulders, so I thought i'd take advantage of the mass-fx. Did 3 sets of 15 reps for a change on seated barbell military press, as expected, resulted in a beautiful pump. Nothing else noted though. I think that due to my weight, I would benefit from an increased dose. For the purpose of this log though, i'll just stick to the recommended 4 caps a day. If I see this on offer, I may be tempted to run 6 caps a day - but judging from it's price, it doesn't look like that'll happen anytime soon

Right then, from today onwards (day 21) - i'll be taking 6 caps a day. It'll only be for the remainder of the bottle, which is approx 6 days

Day 23 Right, had loads of revision to do recently, so missed yesterday's session I have to say, that I have noticed a difference between 4 and 6 caps. I am now feeling the 'alpha male' mentality a little bit. Had to miss my stop on the bus though, because of a random stiffy! Had to wait 2 additional stops Trained Back and biceps. The added aggression I had a week or so ago, is back! Focus was also outstanding, I was 'in the zone'. Managed to deadlift my 5RM for 6 reps, on my first two sets! I'm definantly liking 6 caps ED.

I have concluded that mass-fx MS is indeed viagra. I have been revising on my laptop, and have had the ability to make my laptop 'jump' for the last 10 mins

Day 24 30 mins cardio followed by 1 hour's grappling. Mass-fx MS is definantly making me more focused, and slightly more aggressive. Haven't noticed a change in exercise induced 'pump' since I have incresed the dosage, but the pump has always been impressive regardless

Day 25 Trained Chest+shoulders+triceps It has to be said that i'm really liking the extra aggression and focus that I get on 6 caps ED. Very productive session. I seemed to need less rest between sets, which enabled me to get in an extra exercise For some reason though....my DOMS seems to have increased since I upped the dosage - strange

Day 27 Last day on Mass-fx MS (used 6 caps Ed as opposed to 4 for the last 9 days....hence it's 27 days and not 30) Thought i'd take advantage of it and trained legs + abs + biceps + triceps Extra agression and extra focus present.....i'm going to miss that I'll weigh myself tomorrow to see if i've gained any weight. My diet has been clean for the duration of this log

I generally only get pumps in delts when I'm on steroids, but I managed to get them on massfx and cissus-drol so I was pretty happy.

Hey mate, just got myself up to date on your log. Looks like you enjoyed MassFX more than I did! Do you know what your bodyfat% is? It was about 20% at the start wasn't it? Can I ask, I've been thinking about trying to get my bench strength up and I remember when I first started using free weights back in the day, after a short warmup I would grab the heaviest dumbells for my first set then go back to my normal weight and do as many reps as I could. This was only using 30kg db's as my heaviest, and 20kg as my normal. Do you think I could use this method on the bench but at the weights I'm using at the moment? Currently I do this: Bar: 30r - 60kgs: 15r - 80kgs: 10r - 90kgs: 6r - 100kgs: 4-6r (on a good day) Do you think I could do my warmup on the bar, perhaps even the 60kg set too, and then jump to 110kgs, then drop back to 80kgs?

Final weight = 111.6kg increase of 0.6kg after 27 days. Nothing at all really, but I still enjoyed the experience nonetheless. Would I spend £30-40 pounds for it though...... ......probably not (If I was well off though, then perhaps)

Do you think I could do my warmup on the bar, perhaps even the 60kg set too, and then jump to 110kgs, then drop back to 80kgs? Have you tried a 5 x 5 routine? After stretching I warmup with 60kg (1 plate) for around 12 slow controlled reps then I just whack on 120kg and do 3-4 reps (nowhere near failure) then 2-3 sets of 130kg for 5 reps. The most important factor is to mix it up now and again......'shock' the system as they say.
