Final measurements;

Arm (right) = 17.6 inches +0.1 inch

Quad (right) = 26.6 inches +0.1 inch

Chest = 49.3 inches +0.3 inch

Adil - Hats off to you mate a brilliant log sounds like you enjoyed the experience even of the gains were minimal. Was thinkin of either this or Hyperdrol for myself, havin read this though and unless it drops in price dramatically i think I'll pass.
