Het mate, i always lookin your posts as i think you give good advice.

Have read loads about Mass FX MS and Cissus-drol. am thinking of getting some Cissus-drol and running it for 6 weeks may to mid june. How do you rate cissus for gains on a bulk?

Would it be a shrood move dropping some Mass FX MS is there? Was thinking of Cissus-drol for 6 weeks starting on 3 caps a day for the first week or two and the upping to 4 per day for the remainder of the 4 weeks? Am very undicided whether to go for Hyperdrol and Mass FX MS for 6 weeks or Cissus-drol?

Cheers bud any advice much appreciated

I think to be honest there is enough 6bromo in Cissus-Drol to avert the need for HyperdrolX2. Out of the two I would choose MassFX MS. I think Cissus-Drol would help on a bulk, I certainly gained strength and some size on it while cutting. Cissus-Drol and MassFX MS together in my opinion would make a lovely stack.

So, out of the two you'd get Mass FX MS, but if running together you'd have Cissus along side MASS FX, What would you dose MFX at?

Erm I don't know really. If you're bulking then yea MFXMS, but that's only at a push. And if you can I would double dose the MFXMS, I definately notice a difference when I doubled it.

Think ive really got my heart set on Cissus, U reakon Mass FXMS would be worth the money dosed with it? Or just run Cissus for 6 weeks?

It's difficult to answer that, it depends how much cash you have. If you're short I would say no, if you're flush then go for it.

Day 20

Chest / Triceps

Ran again today, still feeling ok in the leg department. Upped the incline as well so did a bit extra from yesterday. Feeling good, felt really light running, felt 'free' if you get me.

Weights today, only benched 90kgs. Think I may have figured out why there is a rise and drop in strength, one of the barbells in my gym is apparently 'lobsided', and it was the bar I used today. I may be just trying to find an excuse for why I didn't bench 100kgs, but it seems a reasonable theory to me. Next week I'll make sure I use a different bar and see what happens. I did actually feel a bit stronger today, but I tried a sample of "Red Mist" by Boditronics so I don't want to attribute everything to MFXMS. Did 3 drop sets today, flat bench, rope pulldowns and lastly close grip bench. I didn't have PWO whey, just my tins of tuna and salad, and I'm not aching a great deal.

I'm feeling really good and really fit at the moment, running definately improves my fitness levels, I absolutely love it. I think I'm still slowly trimming down, I'll take pics on Friday and let you lot be the judge(s).

Day 22

Back


My shin is still fine so kept my running up today. I continue to feel great, and I'm hitting my weights session without a hint of fatigue. The past two months being on Cissus-Drol and now this has been fantastic. There hasn't been a great change in my physique but I've kept my strength up and gained some and got my fitness back up too. I'm just going to keep plugging along for the fat to drop off.

Weights wise it's the same story, more reps. Did a few different things today, getting an incredible pump. My libido is quite high too, although this is difficult to judge. I've got a bit of stress in my life which typically kills my sex drive, I've been having a few problems with my babies mum. Thankfully I don't have a problem seeing my son but it's like I'm having to look after two children at times. Despite this I've still been getting wood, and waking up with some right boners.

Last day tomorrow, I don't understand how I've managed to finish so early, I think I must've popped extra tablets somewhere along the line. Epistane on Monday!!!

Day 23

Legs / Biceps

Today was my last day on this, and I've somehow managed to shorten the cycle by 7 days, and I don't know how. I counted the tablets in my tub last week and I had enough to last me until Sunday, and I didn't see a point in running it for 2 days I don't train on so decided to up my dose so I would finish on Friday, today. I realised though that a few days had gone missing so I think I had overdosed a couple of times during the course of the cycle, duh!

Anyway, cardio again was fine today. I was wearing some new socks which were too small and I got a blister on the back of my foot. I was going to do an extra 15 minutes after weights but decided not to aggrevate the blister any further.

Legs went great again. I did 130kgs on leg curl for quads again, 8 reps. I got an extreme pump in my quads, it felt amazing. I think I actually did a bit more on my leg curls for hams, I bumped up to 100kgs and did 7 reps. I don't think I did 100kgs on them last time I trained? Squats were again solid, 3rd set I did 100kgs for 8 reps. Leg press went fine too.

I then did some high reps on my biceps, doing a drop set initially on a cable bar curl. Started at 60kgs for 10 reps and dropped it 10kgs each set and managed between 7-10 reps on each set and stopped at 30kgs. I then did '21s', 3 sets on 10kgs, and finished with 3 sets of chins.

I have absolutely thoroughly enjoyed MFXMS, and would like to thank sublimejeh and the guys at Anabolic Xtreme for allowing me to test their product. I am going to do a writeup review of the product, with comparisons to other products and my thoughts on what it would stack well with.

So everyone reading this thread will know I am currently sitting at 14st 10.5lbs, at 17% bodyfat. The MFXMS worked better than I expected!
