Hello Kitty Cat!

Going for 2nd interview for the preston some time next week still waiting for the date to be finalised.

The paris one haven't heard anything yet, but they told me 2 to 3 weeks before they say anything so will have to wait and see.

Any of the two i would be happy as they are both much more challenging and interesting than the current one and it will be a considerable jump in wage as well so will see what happens.

Thanks Kitty.

welshy i can see them as well lol specially when i tense the muscles. More importantly when i feel around the area i feel them well defined and reckon my genetics will allow me to have a 6 pack (rather than 4) so that is definitely on.

Will spend the whole of my hols back home with no shirt on. Lol.

Jesus bloody Christ, this delivery guys do take their time... between 7 and 10... Arrived at 11:15 and had to help them as my apartment is on the third floor. One of the guys was a bodybuilder, but he after the first time taking stuff up couldnt breathe, obviously not enough cardio training

Anyway stuff delivered now just need to assemble it together. That will keep me entertained tonight thus mind will not be messed up again...

So, to keep me amuzed and entertained, decided to make something I swore I wouldnt and created a page on Bebo... No visitors so far Any idea to put in my page my fellow Muscletalkers????

Well finally at work, dont really want to work but at least can use the internet and keep me sane...

Yeah, you right should have said something, is upper body was immense, but he was visibly knackered, lol. If he knew the amount of times I went up and down those stairs with some piece of furniture on my arms he would have collapsed.

Just let me know when and my place will be open for you my dear Sir!

Very good workout, felt relatively strong and hyped up for the session. Have slight DOMS already which is unusual for me as I tend to have them two days after training so muscles were needing that stimulation.

Hey Sweetie! Sorry I haven't popped in here for a while. Isn't Carol just a darling?????? I'm glad you're happy with the work she's done....have you told her I want my commission? Seems like you're settling into your new home nicely with the normal moving house chaos! And you know where to come if you need a spotter! You seem a bit of a film buff...have you heard of a Lebanese fiml called Caramel, I'm dying to see it as I lived in Beirut for a good while and it's had some fantastic reviews. I'm not really into my films as I have the attention span of a pea but I think I could sit still for this one!

Hello you!!! I've heard about that movie, haven't seen it but been told that it is a very good movie, and very powerful if you are fully aware of the situation. You having lived there it will probably touch you more than most.

More or less settled in now, feeling more and more like home, just need more visitors and traffic to the house to feel really good!!!

Carol was excellent and will try to call her later on to book the second session so I can finish the job!!! I'll tell her that you will be expecting a cheque in the post soon

Monday 19th May 2008
Movie Lounge
Licence to Wed – Was ironing yesterday and didn’t wanted to think of stuff that was kind of bringing me down so decided to watch a comedy. Robin Williams at his traditional best in comical terms, with good assistance from the beautiful Jessica Alba and the guy from the American Office, don’t know his name and can’t be bothered to find it. A lot of comical situations and verbal comedy as well on a light hearted movie about a couple that decide to get married, but she wants to marry in the “family” traditional church where the Reverend (Robin Williams) makes the bride and groom go on a Wedding Course to find out if they are truly right for each other, the course it is usually three months but they only have 3 weeks left as there was a cancellation and a opening for a wedding day. Comedy ensues, loads of funny situations, and a happy ending as it should be on this type of movies, with a chance to shed a tear or two, like I did (I blame hormones and a broken heart ) Very nice and enjoyable 7 out of 10

Quick update. Good conditioning session at Muay Thai last night, a lot of shadow boxing, some sparring, a lot of bodyweight exercises.

Weighted myself before Muay Thai and current weight is 13st 5lb which is a loss of 5lbs in two weeks, so very pleased with it. Will do legs tonight.

Update.

Didnt train on Wednesday night. It was a toss up between gym and home to watch footie or go to supermarket and get some food (as I had nothing in) and home and watch footie, so decided that food was more important than gym.

Trained last night, Muay Thai, with a lot of sparring, absolutely loads of conditioning work and to finish it off a set of 15 bodyweight exercises with 10 reps each non stop, and when we though it was all over, plank for 1 minute, right plank for 30 seconds, left plank for 30 seconds times 3.

Sweated like a proverbial pig, felt completely exhausted. Looking very lean and defined in most areas, gut still there but going, slowly but surely.

Will train back tonight, probably some triceps work as well and abs.

Weekend Plan:
Saturday
Muay Thai
Ikea for last bits of furniture for office
Food shopping
Build furniture
Sort training plan for the week
Devise diet for the next few weeks.

Booked my second tattoo session for Friday 13th June

Have second interview for the Preston job on the 3rd of June.

Mind is much better, as without me doing anything, things are becoming clearer of what I can get out of the relationship with a certain someone. Not brushing all women the same way, but it is about time I protect myself and stop falling for the women that dont treat me with respect and love back.

So, pretty much time to be a slapper for the first time in my life lol.

Also now that I am almost settled into my new life need to crack on with my training, specially cardio which apart from Muay Thai is non existent. I reckon I need to add at least two sessions a week for a start and then see how I get on with it.

Will take some updated pictures on Sunday to add to the journal.
