I'm glad you enjoyed yourself Rack that's the spirit. In the end of the day we seem to forget about looking after number one and it will do us good once in awhile to do that!

Enjoy your weekend mate i will try and check your journal for the essay lol.

Yeah Eddie positivity is the key. Looking forward to have a good workout with Tom tomorrow and a good night out with him and Stavross if he ever replies to journal or text message lol.

Sunday recovery and finish loft for the ex and monday find an apartment. How about you mate anything good planned?

on a side note i got a lad offering to go training with me last night at master o's
part of the deal was that i had to drive to stockport, pick him up, drive to bolton, train, drive to stockport, drop him off, drive to bolton, sit down and cry
i politely declined

looking at when you go mate, i can see me struggling to change my routine around as fridays are definately out, i will have a thinkj and get back to you

ps, glad i am welcome, i feel loved

Well. Started with about 5 or 6 sets of squats. Then a set of 20 reps to finish it off.

Followed by 4 sets of romaniam deads for the little hams. Leg presses for 3 or 4 sets.

Finished with supersets extensions and curls with minimum rest between supersets.

A bit of calves work to finish it off. Tom did good and pushed himself to his present limit but he has a lot more in reserve.

Dave just let me know when you decide to do the first session and i'll be there. If you like it and join i'll might change one of my sessions and train with you. On a side note i work in stockport and its not the best place to drive to and from from our area.

Tom i enjoyed it as well. We'll sort something out. Once i am sorted with the move i'll go full guns blazing in training and we'll sort something.

Hey Paulo

Nothing good planned really, just a relaxing session spent with Dad (not relaxing at all though, he does my head in, but have to keep family ties in order)

Going to see a film this weekend, Vantage Point looks good, plus im really having a test of the old will power this weekend as Dad keeps loads of crap in the house at all times

Will be strong though, 1 week left till the big reveal must make a good effort to reach my goals by my birthday

Well another day gone. Good day overall. Had a cracking workout with Tom. He is a lot stronger than he gives himself credit too on his solo workouts. With hard work and right coaching and support he can definitely look at stepping on stage in the next 1 or 2 years.

My body is in good nick. Slight doms on tris from yesterday and can feel the back muscles as well but not as bad. Legs are already sore so tomorrow will be fun lol.

Mind is getting better. Still think alot about TJL but in a more rational way which means i'm getting over the heartbreak of all ending. Still have very strong feelings for her but am learning to live with them being one way only. Still alot of questions unanswered but not within my power to get them.

Soul not much done on it. Haven't read anything but the mind feeling better does good to my soul.

All in all a good day ended up not going out for several reasons. I said i would finish the loft for the ex and have to do it tomorrow. Also felt it was better if i didn't drink so soon after the whole saga as it could set me back. Also was drained from training and felt that i needed to rest. So i'm off to bed and tomorrow will be a new day where i'll concentrate my mind on diy.

Goodnight world see you tomorrow. Lol.

Good morning. Had to come here because i'm this close to text her. Had one of the most vivid dreams in my life last night. Talking to her embracing her and kissing her so passionately that felt real. Woke up a couple times and to look to my side to see if she was there.

I miss her so much it hurts. Just want to see her and win her back. I know i probably could win her back but the after it probably would not last again.

When i thought i was getting over her this dream just set it all back. Going to have to pull myself together and concentrate myself in doing the loft as planned. Might go to the gym first or as well.
