Ummm, been training for a while, too long for the results I have lol. Started at 8 stone 8ish and 5'8, got to 12 stone at 5'9 ish (yes I grew an inch inbetween lol) then I dropped a good 25-30lbs and got pretty ripped but felt skinny, so bulked to 160lbs then lost interest and now I'm sitting at 10 stone 10lbs - 11 stone depending on how much ive ate the day before lol. Best lifts are 165kg deadlift 90kg bench 120kg squat and 65kg military/80kg push press. Hair colour dirty blonde, blue eyes, currently taken but open to offers.

Should probably put in a little update. Well, after a good couple months of very little training and hitting the town at every chance, I am now seeing sense and realise I need to pull my finger out. Staying away from town for the forseeable future, hitting training and diet very hard and hopefully I'll get somewhere. I'm away on holiday mid July so have about 3 months to hit my targets which are...be same weight as I am now (10 stone 10lbs) but ripped with full 6 pack, currently sitting on a faint 4 lol. Deadlift 182.5kg/400lbs, my previous PB is 165kg/363lbs and get some legs back and squat 120kg ass to grass.

Waist this morning on empty was 30.75" with abs tensed, wanting to get back to 27.5"-28" as I think this is where I'll need to be for the look I want.

3*10 @ 55(kg or lbs I dont know )
