Thanks ya big rooster lmfao
I'm confident of nailing the same sets and reps in with 25-30kg before my 20th which would be sweet, along with dips with 40kgs and a 400lb deadlift all ripped and skeletor like. Then I'd consider myself strong(er than my piss weak mates ).

Attempt at handstand push ups
many* fail
bottled it basically, everytime i maintained verticalness i basically did a headstand for a few seconds then came back down. Doh.

1*20 @ 65kg (bodyweight) Piss easy but can't go any heavier due to training in the confines of my room and having to clean teh weight up, think next sesh will be in an actual gym

Calve raises
2*20 @ 65kg

...and thats about all I could be arsed with doing, in the saharan heat of my room...

Took a couple measurements this morning for the first time in a good month or so.

Chest expanded 40"
Waist relaxed around belly button 29 5/8"

Happy days, if I can keep the 40" chest measurement or even improve on it a tiny bit and drop the waist another 2" I'll be chuffed

Not bad considering I haven't slept in 32 hours, my ex has been taken to hospital for doin somethin silly because she cant get over us splitting and i have broke another ****ing tooth
