The supplements forum is becoming a free-for-all for punters of our various board sponsors who wish to resolve their individual order issues. Most of these issues are along the lines of "I ordered a few days ago.....where is my order".

This morning I removed a typical "order query" type thread and emailed the thread starter the following:

"Please keep these posts to e-mail where they can be dealt with in more detail. Discussing specific customer complaint cases on MT is beyond the remit of this board and highlights potential legal issues for both the courier firm, the supplement company and also the customer. "

The member didn't seem to understand the clear reasoning and proceeded to post this on the forum:

"Well guys thank you to the democratic attitude of this forum I just received a message that my post has been removed! So disgraceful...."

Let's make things perfectly clear:

This is the SUPPLEMENTS FORUM, a place where we discuss the merits and usage of supplements. We are not the administration section for the various sponsors, and frankly, the rest of the member base doesn't want to sift through irrelevant threads. As explained above, there are numerous reasons why an issue may have arisen, so please query this directly and privately with the relevant supplier, rather than attempt to drag a name through the mud for what might be a problem totally beyond their control.

Thanks

Thanks PB

I cannot see why anyone would object to be honest. Surely they can see that we are independent and have notheing to do with the running of any (let alone all!) of the companies which sponsor us?
