that nicola was a nob. good on paper but lacks balls and know-how, not a practical person at all. Alex is one of them ones that blames everyone else bar himself. Some good characters on there. Should be a good one this year.

that lad that got the boot was a total fkin deluded rich kid tho wasnt he?good tv like you said but today was a bit sh*t imo.just tonights episode shows that life experience and a brain will overcome education or lack of.especially when youre going for a job with a bloke that started with little education and a tenner.

Terrific viewing. Sixteen of Britain's biggest arseholes shame themselves out week after week. I love it.

yes i enjoy watching it, but look at tonights programme (ok its the their first time) but most of them are highly educated ect but not one has any form of leadership skills imo they are a joke how hard is it really if your in charge and say you do this, you do this ect and ensure they do it, ok they had to sell fish which not one has done before, they had pics of the fish and a price list come guys its not hard plus they should of worked out the prices and which fish is which before getting to the market it would have been much more easier considering they got there late as they could of open their van set the stall up and thats, that oh aswel they should have send two people off in the afternoon selling fish to resturantes(sp) instead of the end of the day,

This is because the people participating in this programme have been selected because of their gigantic egos. Try getting a group of eight pathologically-competitive mega-egos to do anything. It's hopeless.

I think Raefs quite a sensible guy actually. He shut up quickly when both guys started squabbling and hes not just an ego. Id back him to get fairly near the end but he wont win. Apart from that they all seemed pretty boring. I think in a quest to find querky, slightly essentric people they actually miss out the level headed individuals, and those are the ones most worth watching for me. I actually enjoy seeing people do well and I'm not really interested in watching people **** up stupid tasks and make fools of themselves, if I want **** telly I watch big brother. Just hope this programme hasnt lost its educational value and wont focus on petty nonsense and just gets down to business
