ORIGINAL: Protein Boy yes i enjoy watching it, but look at tonights programme (ok its the their first time) but most of them are highly educated ect but not one has any form of leadership skills imo they are a joke how hard is it really if your in charge and say you do this, you do this ect and ensure they do it, In fact the task you describe here is virtually impossible. This is because the people participating in this programme have been selected because of their gigantic egos. Try getting a group of eight pathologically-competitive mega-egos to do anything. It's hopeless. just because the all have big egos ect does not mean they can't work within a team and sell fish, most of them work as managers or sells people this should be natural with them. they went to uni, got the job, but no work experiance, they have no people, communication or leadership skills

Love this program. There was an obvious division in the team and I think it was based on how well spoken you sounded LOL!!! Nicholas who got fired this time was just too weak, he only really made the one mistake getting pounds and KG's mixed up but he just didn't defend himself, the other mistake was down to an identity error. He did try and put it right, at least he recognised there was a mistake when nobody else did. he was good enough to stay but it's a shame he crumbled in the board room. Michael will be next to go, the stronger less well spoken ones will push him about. Lee, hmmm seemed a bit loud when he entered the house... with the old you scrub up well comment to the girls. Maybe a bit mouthy - all mouth and no action... yet to see if he has any substance. Raef has is head screwed on. Summed up the situations well, knew when to let the other 2 have just enough rope to hang themselves. He's a bit like a posh and less agresive Tre from last year. If I was there (not that I would want to do it), I'd want Raef in my corner - not sure he will appeal to big A though. He made a good desision not getting pushed into the first task. Teams go through phases, Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing - I'd avoid anything in the first 2 stages if I was Raef. The 1st 2 stages need an autocratic managment style. At the moment I think he will do better in the 3rd phase when tasks still have enough people to assign tasks to but everyone is settled enough to play nice. 4th stage people will be getting cold feet and playing for themselves. Raef to win for me. Alex the mop head massive blame culture lover, is a total oppertunist from what I have seen so far. I think he is a parasite. Handed out jobs in a hit and hope way that didn't suit the situation. As team leader knowing how important it was to get the prices bit right should have had 2 people on the job, checking it twice and getting it right 1st time. The immortal words, fail to prepare, prepare to fail. he will get found out mid way IMO. The girls, the team leader did OK considering she wasn't familiar with her team. Her only problem was stopping them fom selling really. The rest of the team just sold out of sheer panic, I think there pitch and the boys mistakes actually saved them from a grilling. Lindi seemed to be the one who looked most confused, frustrated about prices and just selling without thinking... not a good reaction - don't think she will do very well. I want to see more of Jennifer as Claire is giving her a run for her money as the stern bossy one - I bet Jennifer goes for the next team boss role.

kin ell jonov, youve paid attention there. raif is the kid that was in the boardroom at the end but wasnt team leader and didnt get the chop isnt he?he was lucky imo that he wasnt as stuck up as the nob that got the chop.he might get a chance to prove himself, but if hes there next week hes for it,an easy early target.

I want to see more of Jennifer as Claire is giving her a run for her money as the stern bossy one - I bet Jennifer goes for the next team boss role. good summing up, that alex guy honestly reminded me of a big borther contestant called Mikey, very bullying and blaming and like you said he saw it was going wrong and tried to back people into corners into admitting mistakes, in the boardroom the other two could have worked together a lot better and made more of his mistakes (like taking 4 hours to get there and him being the one who priced the lobster) but they didn't two things that actually made me really laugh were the Matt Lucas looky-likey going on about something like "look at the thickness of the breast on that piece of fish" when trying to sell some to someone.....and Matt Lucas again in the clips for next week when Simon (Jackhammer's mate I think who actually came over pretty well) is sweating his balls off in a laundry room, Matt Lucas is in a cafe ordering a Latte, just made me laugh

Never watched it, mainly because the clips I see of the programme and the interviews I`ve heared the people come across like they`d be useless in real-life situations. However, some posts have `perked` my interest but purely from the point of view that I like people watching and trying to work them out, a bit like JOM has who clearly had a clipboard and pencil and took notes whilst he was watching it lmao.

Raif needs a slap IMO. There is something against young men who call themselves entrepreneurs that really get my goat. It usuallly a sign they can't hold down a job and haven't got the capability of being successful in their own business.

Raef is a class act I hope he wins The way they summed him up as 'someone who romps in the hay in a Jilly Cooper novel' was pretty funny.

Next year, I wanna see Tuc, JohnKerr, JohnovManc, Drab, Kitty and a host of others from here try for a job - real people with a bit of common sense. While the current series is highly entertaining, it's also frustrating cos I can think of 200 people I know personally who'd wipe the floor with this lot. That said, the people I know are vaguely normal and wouldn't immediately fit the "cokcs" box most of last night's participants ended up in - the predominant reason, I'd imagine, for them getting picked. I'd have smacked the tw@ts who made the pricing and labelling fcuk ups with a lobster if I'd have been on it. Dimwits.

LOL, I wouldn't last two minutes, my patience threshold with some of those guys would be minimal. Totally agree about the pricing balls up and then when the plonker went to check out the girls prices he came back and said "they're selling them at £23 per kilo" !!!! He was still wrong, it was per unit

does it not seem more dramatic/americanized this year? sugar's sidekicks didn't speak in the last few episodes... or if they did it wasn't like the scripted nonsense last night!
