today I did just chest.. bench press 135lb x 6 reps 135lb x 8 reps 155lb x 4 reps 165lb x 2 rep incline dumbbell press 40lb x 10 reps 45lb x 8 reps 50lb x 6 reps decline barbell press 135lb x 10 reps 165lb x 4 reps 175lb x 2 reps machine flys 130lb x 10 reps 140lb x 6 reps 150lb x 5 reps I'm not getting the form I like on bench press, so I didn't max out.. Focusing on hitting my chest properly.. Incline feels great.. Decline is another thing I need to focus more on form.. and by machine fly I was actually really tired
