tried my free sample of red mist today, took the whole sachet 45 mins before training.
Tasted fantastic, as reported just like orange juice, BUT
Didin't feel anything during my workout, nothing no hot flush, pump or extra focus, think i might try Pulse.
On the plus side, i did try some express whey, and i'm converted. Was an ON user through and through but definately going to buy some express whey when mine runs out. Tried the dark choc orange, had it with milk, best tasting protein i've ever had.

I think you were accidentally send some first prototype samples ( new trainie staff grabbed wrong sachets ) we have tweaked it alot since then send us another request and we will send you the full production product , its good stuff

tried red mist last night....had a good effect on strength and focus I will see how training goes tonight without it....
taste was good as well

I ran the sample today (which was a 66gram serving) and it tasted bloody lovely! Yummy orangeness mmm
With this product there are some ingredients which will not work right away, such as creatine monohydrate (it needs to be loaded) and beta-alanine (takes about a week to kick in IIRC). Despite this I got a fairly good pump. I'm running MassFX MS and I was more 'pumped' then I was last week with the same workout. I was doing seated rows and my biceps got pumped and I was like lolwut?
In my humble opinion this is a good product and I really really like the range of ingredients. Thumbs up from me!

I must have got the same as well then as i used it last night before my squat and dead lift session and did not notice anything.
It tastes great that is for sure its a great taste but i did not get anything from it. No pump or anything.
Tried there weight gainer and it was awesome, very impressed with the taste.

Yes you may have as we had a little training glitch lol .. re submit your requests and you will get the production artcle ,

Can some one please help, im a newbie and trying to get some tips on muscle gain and supplements.... been training for 3 months naturally and now want to move onto some supplements.... probably creatine or a testosterone booster..... ive seen a product called green bulge creatine at

they also have a testosterone booster im interested in. Is it ok to take creatine and testosterone booster together? even though ive never taken supplements before (except protein)
Any news on this would be really appreciated because i want to get cracking with this.

ON is a whey, Express Whey isn't. Any thoughts?
