Have a break from the energy type drinks for a couple of weeks and stop drinking pop/coffee/etc for a while and your sensitivity to caffeine, etc will improve.
As a pre workout boost you could have 40gm whey and an apple/banana about an hour before. Could also add some carbs to the whey.

got my second red mist sample today, was previuosly sent a prototype by mistake..
I necked the whole lot 40mins before arm workout and i'm sorry to say i didn't notice a thing, sorry wurz.
I had an empty stomach and thought this would be the one, guess i have too high a tolerance to be honest only product i've noticed any effect with is superpump.
Might try pulse and see what happens!
I'm impressed with your express whey, just received from choc orange tub today.

Hi I recieved my sample yesterday, I got mine by my g/f ringing up ur company. Anyway when I got it it was in a resealable bag and it said that there is 3 servings init on the bag so I took the lot and then 30 mins later I went and trained back and I was wired! lol I had a mind blowing workout probably the best I have had in a while. Jus wonderin y every 1 else said there was 2 servings init yet on the bag it said 3?

Tried my sample of Red mist last week, tasted amazing but did nothing much for me considering it had 300mg of caffeine in it.
By the way I usually only take a small black instant coffee before training but I have tried samples of Pulse/No Xplode and have had a good effect from them.

Hi Will
was it in a sachet or a plastic bag with a label as we had some prototypes get sent out in error that had some of the stims missing if you had the sachet then request another and try the production item , If you got a response from NO-Xplode you will get a real buzz from the REd Mist as most of our customer feedback is that it is stronger than either of those two products ..
Happy to send you another to try if you got the wrong one and accept our apologies for the error . New staff training error

yes a plastic reseable bag, with a label detailing serving size.
To review it-
I will post more in depth on my second workout day. Today I did legs + abs
I think I did notice a difference. I was buzzing a bit, after taking 20g of the stuff. When I got to leg press I was rolling out reps of what I thought was 95kg. Then I realised it was 115, and I was fine with it! Previously I would have struggled. So that was cool and a little weird. I never get pumps when I do abs and legs so that was normal.
Overall a very good product. I will have a look at the price when it goes onto discount supplements etc.

A full serving is 33g so you would probably get even better results with a full serving ;-)

Ok so 33g serving yesterday.
Taste- acceptable for whats in it. It should taste much worse, though not something I would drink by choice!
-Note- I added 4g of taurine and 3g AAKG to the mixture.
Firstly, increased focus. Secondly, Very very good pumps, decent vascularity, sometimes the pumps would be so big I could not finish a set! Lastly, more endurance I think. I hit some PBs aswell.
Overall a very good product- the best pre Workout one I have tried!
