Eddie - if you're making any changes, please let us know as this is going to proof tomorrow, and we'd rather not proof it twice

Or should Hazel hold off?

One thing that I (as a noob) would find helpful, would be for you to include which muscle groups are being worked on the different days. Other than that this guide has been awesome in helping me get started. Thanks.

I know thats what i was aiming for, its different in writing style though and layout but touches on a lot of the same info. One thing is though it was never on here it was a members contribution and never made it to the articles section

Very helpful article, thanks a lot for this

Edit: just noticed when reading through the guide that you may have missed a link or perhaps I am reading it wrong. The bit I think is missing is here..

Training basics 101
A wise person once said 'stimulate do not annihilate' which in my opinion, is totally spot on advice. You want to provide enough stimulation to your muscles to enable them to grow but not to annihilate them, reducing your risk of injury.

1. Lift with excellent form, I don't care whether you're curling 2kg dumbbells or squatting the bar only, if you can't lift it properly don't lift it at all! Not only will this make sure you run the lowest risk of injury but it will provide proper stimulation for target muscle groups. See this site on how to lift properly: LINK MISSING

just figured you might want to know
