One thing that I (as a noob) would find helpful, would be for you to include which muscle groups are being worked on the different days. Other than that this guide has been awesome in helping me get started. Thanks.

Slim thanks for the heads up mate, ill let James know there is also a few other bits missing from it too that are being sorted, thats down to me providing him with two version fo it, one in word which was sent up to proof and the one on here which was more recent and up to date quote:
