DB single handed rows,

Thurs: Cardio (hiit preferably) Fri:
Squats, Ham Curls or Stiff Leg Deadlifts,
Calf raises (seated, standing, whatever works for you) Sat & Sun : Rest I would have put back on Monday and included deadlifts. Chest session on Wednesday then squats on Friday. Better structue IMO. |
