Robinson over Offiah for me definitely. Offiah played in a much more doninat Wigan side whereas I feel other sides had caught up and in some cases passed Wigan during the latter part of Robinsons Wigan career.

Ive seen Robinson feed a ball at scrum half against Warrington on his 10 metre line then pick it up at the base and go the length of the field. Fantastic pace from a standing start. Much more versatile than Offiah.

I dont know what castleford were thinking tbh. did the honestly think they were going to turn an olympic sprinter into a professional rugby league player in 1 month? of course it was going to take time.

it was always a publicity stunt for both chambers and cas

as soon as i saw his natural ability to catch and pass i knew there was ZERO chance of him playing in the super league in the near future

Publicity stunt. Its a freak show at Cas at the moment. Many of the fans think theyve sold the good name of the club just to buy a bit of publicity.

They had a trial game for Chambers against York a few weeks back and about 4k turned out to see it.

He did alright but he gassed very quickly. Nice money spinner for the club you might think but sice then the club has offered a partial refund to fans who went to watch them get trounced at Millenium Magic by Wakefield.

So thats probably alot of that money down the pan.

To be honest, he was very raw, but what would you expect.

He did ok i think.

Learning where you should be for attack and defence, moves, etc... in rugby league takes months to master, not a matter of weeks.
