I pulled an "Epic Fail" on this one. My willpower and determination wasn't what it should have been, but don't worry. I will still post up so called "after" pics by the 5th  .

Finally got a rocket up my @rse about a month ago but not enough time to make any difference, still it's given me a little motivation

Just had a quick peek at what's been posted up so far....good god I am impressed! Wowwwww - all of you look like you have made fantastic changes. 
I almost choked on my cup of tea when I spotted the vein popping out of Trebor's leg..!!

Pics are very thin on the ground so far.I was going for fashionably late but I think I'll just be part of the last minute rush 
Good work Trebor , you lost about 2 stone then ? your back shot really shows it best I think

Everyone so far has done really well,, Ive got my final pics, but dont want to be the first one to post up crappy progress pics LOL
I started at 11stone 1lb (155lbs) and have managed bulk up to 12stone 10lbs (178lbs) but still look pretty much the same.
Ive not done as well as I had hoped, but will still post up my pics. (just need to grow a pair of spudz first)

I have to say I'm eating my words so far. I'll admit when I saw the original shape up photos I thought I'd enever seen such an odd out of shape skinny/fat bunch claiming to be bodybuilders (all in a friendly way)
But theyve all made some excellent progress. 40 plus & Trebor particularly impressive, but all looking really good (and well done for shaving your back TIO )

Bizerk - bloody well done mate. Thats a real difference and seeing a difference on a 12 week bulk is impressive. You dont seem to have added any fat to me either !
40 + - what can I say mate , thats a real transformation. You must be very pleased
I should have done my pics earlier, the more pics I see the less I want to post mine

Honestly mate I'm not just trying to be nice , I can see a huge difference. I'll be suprised if anyone else has done as well as you in terms of adding mass. I think you will find other people echoing these comments too
