this is where people go nuts, they compare themselves to other people, compare yourself to one person only, yourself. My bench is horrific but i dont get bothered about it TBH i lift because its enjoyment for me and way to stay in shape for me. I am in competition with someone though, my former self and i want to reach the new me by my birthday
and to note i aint anything special

I'm still hoping for a miraculous amount of fat loss in the next 3 days because my 'ab' is overpowering the rest of my body. No amount of tanning, shaving, lighting or clever posing can disguise the fact that I've got a bit of an overhang going on in the belly area

I thought it was broken and awaiting repair.
I'm doing 5000 broomstick twists a day and buttock clenches because this week's Bella recommended it. I do hope it works
