I'm fubar'd - I killed my Sony camera fone with a DB a few days back and am using a Nokia 3410i stone age fone now 
Annoyed as i've lost fat and gained weight. Could I use my foto's from about a month back?

Unlucky mate, but yes, no problem using earlier photos as long as you can get them to me before midnight (or direct me to where they've been posted previously).
Just a pity you couldn't get anymore recent snaps showing your progress to date.

there were loads of entries mate, just 1/3 followed through with ending pictures. Shame as i was expecting to see D2P and Zara as i though they were real contenders for the prize. I saw D2P's post before it was removed and hope youre safe mate

Not as such mate, i wasnt cutting to begin with as a 10lb difference wouldnt have given me this result i see before me, i did a recomp using carb cycling. Hard as hell but worth it, im sure i have a few lbs more muscle from it
Im just getting back into performance training at the moment, flexibility and CV fitness need to come up to scratch and BW training is lacking at the moment which Integra kindly did me a great program for
Martial arts is calling me again and i want in on the fun again
