Yep, like all good things it's eventually come to an end - the first MT Shape Up comp ends today.
So to all you chaps and chapesses that are taking part, here's another quick reminder that 'after' photo's must be submitted by midnight on Saturday 5th April.
You can either post them up on the forum, or if you don't want to let the cat out of the bag just yet, you can mail them direct to me (email in my sig).
I'll then prepare a 'before and after' thread where members may cast their votes.
I'm hoping to be able to get on the forum a little more regular over the coming week to help ensure nobody runs into any problems and this next stage of the comp runs smoothly.
Any problems or questions, post them up or feel free to mail me direct.
