Yeah I'm the same really. Sometimes I find it very hard to eat when I'm not that hungry and others I just can't stop eating haha... but I've only been eating proper now for a few months and I have adjusted.. but still not perfect. But you'll get there

During the day I seem to not be very hungry but after dinner I just can't stop eating for some reason. I get hungry about an hour after I've had dinner. But I've always had this even before I started eating heaps. Definitely hope the weight keeps going up and that I keep building size even tho I'm mostly doing 5x5's.

no not sticking to the diet as much as id like1 find it hard to find the time (or motivation) to eat properly! regularly topping meals up with shakes, that said the shake i have is as nutritious as any meal!

if your not hungry just force it down in a shake!

Shakes are really good i agree. Just cant make any shakes that i really enjoy. Do enjoy all the food im eating tho. I seemed to be putting on weight so if i keep gaining weight like this then im not planning on changing my diet for a while till i hit a plateau or something.
Anyways im goin to sleep. Squats tomorrow! Btw i got the worst shoulder/chest/tricep DOMS today. Theyre absolutely killing!

Wednesday 16th April - LEGS

Squats 42.5KG 5-5-5-5-10
Hamstring Curls 32.5 5-5-5-5-5
Calf Raises 20-20

Squats were getting a bit heavy but still managed to get 10 on the last set :S. Will up it 5KG's next week.
Hamstring curls were heavy as f*ck and calf raises were hurting my neck/back where I was holding the barbell so they didn't feel too great.

Overall, pretty decent workout.

Friday 18th April - BACK/BIS

Rack deadlifts 57.5KG 8-8-8-8
Bent over rows 27.5KG 8-8-8
Chins 5-5-5-5-3
Barbell Curls 8-8
Reverse Curls 10KG supersetted with Hammer Curls 7.5KG 10/10 30 sec 10/5 18sec

Am thinking of just doing 1 set over barbell curls now actually. Bi's really are only a small muscle and prob is getting hammered a bit too much.

Overall felt like a good workout. Changed to bent over rows now as I really wasn't liking cable rows. Was prob a bit light this week though. Am trying to watch out for my lower back as well still.

Monday 21st April - CHEST/TRIS

Bench press 55KG 5-5-5-5-5
Decline BP 50KG 5-5-5-5-5
SSP 17.5KG 5-5-5-5-5
Close grip BP 37.5KG 8-7
Skullcrushers 16KG 8-7

Can't believe i upped my BP by 2.5KG again this week and got 5x5 again. Really amazed as its heavy as f*ck every week.
Not really liking the decline BP as much as I feel its hammering my tri's a lot.
Changed my form on SSP's. Not extending my arms all the way anymore and going down a bit further. Keeping tension on my shoulders at all times now doing it this way.
CGBP and skullcrushers felt pretty good.

Am thinking that the creatine might be starting to work this time around as my lifts are going up a bit more than they used to. Could also obviously have something to do with having a proper diet this time .

Weigh in tomorrow morning!

22nd April weigh in!

74.1KG this morning. That's another kilo since last week.

I have a feeling it must be the creatine working this time as I don't feel like I have really put on that much fat/muscle in the last week.

Coming up to 12 stone soon!
I'm definitely looking a lot smaller/ lifting a lot less than most other people here that are just under 12 stone even though I'm pretty damn skinny lol

Am going to do back/bis on Thursday this week I think as I'm going out Thursday night so I'm going to be very very hungover on Friday and will definitely not be very keen or most likely even able to do any deadlifts.

I've decided once my bench is up to 60KG 5x5, im gonna start changing around my rep ranges with all my exercises every 2 weeks just to give me body a change. Say things like 4x6, 3x8, 5x5, 2x12.

Wednesday 23rd April - LEGS

Squats 47.5KG 5-5-5-5-9
Hamstring Curls 35KG 5-5-5-5-4
Calf Raises 55KG 20-20

I'm getting scared that I will root my lower back up again and from next week on will get my dad to stand behind me in case I can't handle the weight anymore which is another thing I've been scared of. Not that keen on just dropping the weight on the ground as I work out upstairs and these wooden aussie floors don't seem too fantastic I'm assuming when you drop 50KG's on it.

Hamstring curls were getting really really heavy and calf raises were just same sh*t, different day.

Thought I would chuck in some lunges as I felt my quads could have been hammered a bit more. Thought id give 20KG dumbells a go, got 2 reps out of it. Lowered back to 15, got 1 rep and lowered to 10 and got 1 rep and realised they def were hammered. My ass is sore as hell right now from the lunges even if I only managed 4 reps all together lol. Will be doing back/bis tomorrow and am hoping my DOMS aren't too bad from tonight.

Wasn't feeling the greatest yesterday and just felt weird lifting plus I had very bad ass and leg DOMS so yesterday didn't work out at all. Today I was too hungover and have been out all day so I didn't get the chance :(. Might put in a couple bicep curls quickly tomorrow if I get the time to. Diet hasn't been the greatest yesterday and today either. Pretty devo about it but ah well, what can ya do bout it now. Will get back onto it tomorrow morning!

Thanks mate. Hope 6 months of solid eating and training will give me some decent progression.

Weighed 73.8KG this morning which means I've lost 0.3KG.

Did expect this though as my diet was crap on fri, sat, sun. Just another reason to try harder from now on!

Will post up yesterdays workout later on today. Got 5,5,5,5,4 on my BP at 57.5KG. Gone up 7.5KG in 3 weeks now on my BP. Wooo

Monday 28th April CHEST/TRIS/DELTS

Bench Press 57.5KG 5-5-5-5-5
Decline BP 52.5 5-5-5-5-5
Seated Dumbell Press 18.5KG 5-5-5-5-5
CGBP 40KG 8-6
Skullcrushers 16KG 8-6

Really happy I added 2.5KG to my BP again this week! Starting to dislike decline BP a bit. Just doesn't feel right....
Next week I'm gonna swap CGBP and skullcrushers around as I reckon my chest is giving in before my tris are.

when you start the creatine? Might be water weight but who cares! your strength is going up so thats progress!

Oh and your benching more than you can squat and deadlift!! not the way the numbers are meant to be!

why you only doing rack deadlifts and not doing them from the floor?

Haha yeah I just realised I am benching more aren't I :S.

The reason I'm doing rack deadlifts is because I'm using 10KG plates that are quite low to the floor. After I buggered my lower back last year I became very unflexible, even to the point that I can barely actually reach to put my shoes on right now. It's really hard for me to to deadlifts from that low on the ground till I become a bit more flexible and till I get some 20KG plates.

Yeah the weight prob is the water. I started it around the 2nd of April. Have just realised the pasta/ravioli i've been eating isn't wholemeal so I'm gonna have to go out to the shops today to get some wholemeal pasta. Unfortunately haven't had any pasta at home the last 3 days so I've skipped a meal on all 3 days. Hope I've still put on some weight this week :(. Otherwise I'll just try harder next week again.

Lol thanks mate. Managed 5-5-5-4-3 on 60KG yesterday. I started off benching only 20KG's and weighing 58KG

Will post up my lifts tomorrow.

Also the weekly weigh in.
Today's weight - 74.2KG, put on 0.4KG. Im happy with that even though it could have been a little bit more lol.
