!!!!!!!! progress WAS going great, and went an done squats last weds, pretty heavy, went to the doctors yesterday and i now have a hernia which i need an op for!!!!!GRRR AM GUTTED!!!! no squats or deadlifting for me he says a can train upper body but need to watch what am doing!!!!
