hi all, like this part of the forum but think there should be way more pics of everyones progress, agree?? disagree???(some playfull banter expected)lol. anyways been training now for about 3 years but only seriously for a year. started off at 9 an half stone and now sit at a baw hair under 14!!!woop woop(pics will be up shortly as not to get slated, and of both my skinny days until present. oh yeah and im age 28, scottish lad, who up until about 8 months ago was in a ****er if a gym run by the local council, so no heavy weights there. take gear on and off about 3 times a year, been on groeth hormone for a while now and this has helped me a good bit, as im a bit of a fiend when it comes to the odd junk food at the weekends. i train on a monday, wednesday, friday and saturday consists of shoulders and tri's-monday legs and calves-wednesday chest and bi's- friday back and superset legs-saturday monday- barbell military press,dumbell side raises, seated shoulder press machine(single arm, great pump on this), seated rear delts machine; tri's-cable pushdowns on z-bar,extended skull crushers, cable rope pushdowns,standing barbell or z-bar extensions. wednesday-warmup on leg extension-free bar squats,seated leg press,leg extensions, lying leg curls,stiff legged deadlifts, calf blast on leg press or calf machine. friday- free bar flat benchpress or smith,incline dumbell press and flies, tri set of high reps on peck deck-press machine-incline machine;bi's-preacher machine,standing dumbell curls with drop set at end or vary with barbell curl. saturday- warmup on back extension then, deadlifts, bent over barbell row,low pully row,seated pully on upper grip, v bar lat pulldown;legs superset,squats with leg extensions making sure to go up the weight in both and keep to minimum of 10 reps!!!! i kinda got pushed into doing legs as i was one of those guys that just wanted to do my upper body all the time, but my training partner who used to compete when younger(he's 37 now) basically made me do it and to be honest its now my favourite workout to do although my legs have got way more growing to do as only been doing them propelry now for about 8 months. bench press 270lbs for 4 military press 157.5 for 5 squats 360lbs for7 deadlifts 382lbs for 6 as u can see although my legs have still to catch up im still lifting relitively heavy, and love doing these old skool mass builders!! thanks for reading if u do and will look out pics from previous years and take sum up to date ones, cheers scott.

had a tren injection in left shoulder and a winny in right shoulder, which nipped a bit but then went away, it was the tren that stayed bloody sore for the rest of the night!!!!.

nope i was wrong, i can get a profile pic up on my profile, but when i go back into the forums that ive posted on it jus shows my avatar that is hulk hogan!!!!!grrrrr getn annoyed now!!!!

might aswell add some more info on my journal before a can get the pictures up!!!! here is a run down of my courses that i use, there are 2 for bulking up, and one for cutting, today is a new day for me as i have never went on a cutting cycle before, i start as of today for about 6 weeks. BULKING CYCLE 1; DECA, SUSTANON 250, TESTOLIC, GROWTH HORMONE, AND SOME BSN TRUE MASS. i start of reletively low and work up to a peek week so instead of doing a cycle of say 6 or 8 weeks it would be 7 or 9. also i use a hardener throughout as it keeps me solid and doesnt let water retention build up, apparently not a lot of people do this but was suggested from a frined who competes in the scottish nabba, and is currently at about 20 an half stone through off season!!!! BULKING CYCLE 2; DECA, TEST ENANTHATE, MASTERON, GROWTH HORMONE, AND BSN TRUE MASS. info same as above. CUTTING CYCLE; WINSTROL INJECTIONS, TRENBOLONE ACITATE, PROVIRON, GROWTH HORMONE, USING MYPROTEIN.CO.UK INSTANT WHEY BLEND. winstrol every second day and tren every 4 days with proviron tabs towards the end on a dailly basis, as ive said earlier on this is my first time cutting and also using both winstrol and tren and proviron. i use nitrix from bsn 3 times a day, take vit c, cod liver, vit b12, iron in the morning, and also will be taking zma with a shake of micellar casein before bed time. my growth is when awakening in the morning every second day, 4iu, into either stomach, or legs subcutaniously. DIET TO FOLLOW, AS IM NOW OFF TO THE DENTIST!!!!LOL THE JOYS,

oh yeah an thought i would try a shot of tren in ma rear delt for a wee change!!!!! NEVER AGAIN, HURT LIKE HELL AND RIGHT SHOULDER WENT DEAD!!!!!!LOL
