ORIGINAL: Mobster I assume by recovery you mean less DOMS. What about growth, increases in strength and so on? Less DOMS means less soreness following a workout but it doesn't seem to compute to, in bodybuilders and strength athletes, bigger and better gains. Yup, less DOMS in my experience is your body getting used to the movement/exercise.

Yes that is too much. Stick to 1-2g ed of cod liver oil. You don't wanna be overdosing on vit A and D.

WOW 40gms a day would work out massively expensive, even with the bulk suppliers!!! I've read a lot on BCAA's and the benefits they bring, but wouldn't EAA's give you the same benefits and more as they posses the BCAA's as well as the other essential Aminos and they both cost the same so would it not be better to supplement with EAA's?

TBH i take this with a giant bucket of salt until i see before and after pics with conclusive peer reviewed evidence to support these claims, i remain sceptical till then as i do not have the money nor the tastebuds to waste on that amount of BCAA's ED
