Hi

Has anyone used the service advertised on this site offering a personilsed diet and work out plan to follow?

If so I'd like to no what you thought of it as I'm considering trying it for myself.

Thanks

Excellent IMO Minimuscle. I'd already been training years and despite being a decent size i wanted to get a proper scheduled diet down in black and white and used James and the team at Healthy Action. No regrets at all...James is a good guy and i can deffinately tell you i've made massive improvements since. Thanks again James .

Plus this may sound a little cliched but you'd be saving yourself a lot of hassle in the long run as you can go for years getting no where as there is some garbage info to be found out there amongst the genuinely good. I think your best option would be to contact Healthy Action with a bit of info on what you want to achieve and im sure they'll be better placed to advise.

Hi mate I recently made a thread about this in the general section, nothing but good feedback, I'm going to be getting a tailored diet in a few weeks.
