Not used to it. Unless you have had a nasty infection or food poisoning in which case could be worth a further investigation, if your tract has been damaged its worth knowing One thing - keep a diary of what food exactly, time and exact symptoms - that way you know what is what and can convey that information accurately should it be necessary.

I honeslty am not sur why this would be happening. In order to find out you'd have to test different types of foods one by one

I wish I had your problem as I've been having some dark times in regards to my diet lately, completely off course.

If you're O.K. with flaxseed & coconut oils, that rules out gall-bladder problems...I think. If you continue having problems, see your GP.

Well just thought i would update this a little. Went to the docs today, Things they are worried about are Me drinking around 6-8 litres of water per day Blood in stools and urine Stomach, back and calf cramps due to water bloat dizzyness, light headedness Vomiting So im on mebeverine hydrochloride and peppermint oil capsules to combat the bloat. Im only on these for the bloat and when i have done my stool samples and got the results, then see what meds they will put me on.

Hi mate Is the fact that you drink so much coz you're very thirsty or that you drink that much habitually? Blood in stools indicates a GI problem. Blood in urine doesn't There seems to be a GI problem here and possibly some renal involvement. Have you got to have some bloods taken for tests?

Its just a habit James, When i did the journal for you you said it seemed alot but im happy consuming this amount with no problem. Diet has not changed at all other than green tea extract so not sure if its a GI problem.
