Barbell deadlifts 3 x 8 60 70 80
Weighted chins 3 x 8 8 6 3
Bent over barbell row 3 x 8 30 35 35 ( trying perfect form before adding weight may switch this exercise for something else though, any sugestions ? )
Barbell 3 x 8 20 25 20

Really happy with progress esp chins as im finding them alot easier .
After that i did a few more bits
barbell curl 20x14
preacher curls on bench 7kg dumbell x 12
alternate bicep curls 7kgx 10

Had to go extremely light as my right shoulder was hurting again

Incline barbell bench press 3 x 8 20 25 25
Flat dumbbell bench press 3 x 8 12 17 17
Standing military barbell shoulder press 3 x 8 20 20 20
Some Random tricep stuff....

Rest that shoulder for atleast a week mate. Book an appointment with a GP if it doesn't improve.

As for an alternative to BB rows. I do incline DB rows on a bench. I can lift alot more weight doing this and less chance of a lower back injury if your form gets slightly dogdy near the end of the set.

Sister split with boyfriend of 4 years yesterday, so i havent had much time to do anything as ive been looking after her all weekend, Gone through about 10 protein flapjacks Going to make a batch of Allasttafairs protein bars soon. I Think ill just add my weight increase next week and do a full measurement and pictures every 3 months. I have gained about 3lbs so far.

DB Seated Incline row 12 12 12 (love them ! work very well for me i purposely wnt light this session)
Barbell curl 3 x 8 20 25 25

Again very happy with progress

After that i did a few more bits
barbell curl 22.5x13
preacher curls on bench 7kg dumbell x 12, 7kg x12 on a steeper incline
alternate bicep curls 9.5kg x 12 ( crazy pump on my biceps and forearms went mega veiny )

Shoulder seemed ok Thank **** FOr that! about time!!!

Incline barbell bench press 3 x 8 20,20,30,35
Flat dumbbell bench press 3 x 8 12 17 17
Dumbell standing shoulder press 3 x 8 7, 9.5 , 12 ( alot better than barbell pressing! )
Dips ( Buying a dipping station very soon ! ) But i did some tricep kickbacks instead

Loving training ! I think ive been bitten by the iron bug allready.

Oh yer and i have gyno
Any advice what to say at the doctars to get surgery asap. I want to be leaner when i go though so he can not blame it on bodyfat, Ive had it since i was about 12 and i have not grown out of it. Puffy niples constantly and alot of extra breast tissue are my symptoms.

Im not trying to brag but i think youl be quite impressed ive gained about 5.6lbs allready and my waist has gone down to 29 inches.

Barbell deadlifts 3 x 8 60 75 85 ( I recorded my form last week and it wasnt the greatest, so i focussed on form this week instead of adding poundage and now y form is pretty good, traight back instead of rounded)
Weighted chins 3 x 8 5 6 5
DB Seated Incline row 3x8 12 , 15 , 15
Barbell curl 3 x 8 20 25 27.5


After that i did a few more bits
barbell curl 22.5x9
preacher curls on bench 9.5kg dumbell x 12, 9.5kg x12 on a steeper incline
alternate bicep curls 9.5kg x 12

Im at collage this week for 3 weeks so im going to design a new eating and training time regime.
