Incline barbell bench press 3 x 8 ,20,30,35
Flat dumbbell bench press 3 x 8 12 17 17
Dumbell standing shoulder press 3 x 8 7, 12 , 12 ( alot better than barbell pressing! )
Dips ... Did tricep kickbacks and close grip bench instead

Been digging all day and im mega sunburnt too. So was not in the mood at all!!!!

Barbell deadlifts 3 x 8 60 80 90-7
DB Seated Incline row 3x8 15 , 15 , 15
Barbell curl 3 x 8 25 27.5 30-4


After that i did a few more bits
barbell curl 22.5x12
preacher curls on bench 9.5kg dumbell x 12, 9.5kg x15 on a steeper incline
alternate bicep curls 9.5kg x 12

I have some progress pictures too, I was going to leave it for the 3 month mark but I was that surprised with what I have achieved I wanted to share it. I have a long way too go but I am ecstatic with what Progress I have made so far.
