My Routine is

Day 1
Barbell deadlifts 3 x 8
Weighted chins 3 x 8
Bent over barbell row 3 x 8
Barbell 3 x 8

Day 2
Incline barbell bench press 3 x 8
Flat dumbbell bench press 3 x 8
Standing military barbell shoulder press 3 x 8
Weighted dips 3 x 8

Day 3
Barbell squat 3 x 8
Front Squat 3 x 8
Stiff-legged deadlift 3 x 8
standing calf raises 3 x 15

Todays Diet has been this:


7:00
20g whey + water

7:15
100g Oats
300ml skimmed milk
2 egg whites

10:00

½ Chocolate Protein bar
¼ tin tuna sandwich + 1 slice white bread
½ banana

13:00

Lasagne

16:00

½ Chocolate Protein bar
¼ tin tuna sandwich + 1 slice white bread
½ banana

18:30
50g Oats
150ml skimmed milk
½ tin tuna sandwich + 2 slice white bread

19:30
TRAIN

20:10 PWO
40g whey
60g Dextrose
Water

22:00 Pre-Bed
Half a tub of quark
2 weetabix with 125ml semi skimmed milk
5ml flax

Diet is roughly that structure daily.

Im Skinny and Fat

Tonights Training,

Barbell deadlifts 3 x 8 50 60 70
Weighted chins 3 x 8 7 5 3 (Reps Performed onc i can reach 8 for all ill add weight)
Bent over barbell row 3 x 8 30 30 40
Barbell/EZ bar bicep curl 3 x 8 20 20 22.5

So far sticking to my Diet and actually quite enjoying it, apart from the 100g oats in milk in the morning which i neck
My Mum keeps on telling me I will explode with all this "freeky food" ... I think she is serious to lmao

Loving the Pain from Mondays session, Really feeling it in my forearms, biceps, back and back of the legs.

Todays session will be pretty tough as i dont have a bench yet its coming soon and i dont have a dip station either.

Incline barbell bench press 3 x 8 >>>>>>>>>>> probably lay down on a few bags of cement stacked up
Flat dumbbell bench press 3 x 8 >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Dont have my dumbells but ill use some 10kg weight plats
Standing military barbell shoulder press 3 x 8 (Can Do)
Weighted dips 3 x 8 >>>> Dips on a chair etc.

2x14" Spinlock Bars

My 1.25kg Olympic plates just fit on the end and lock in with the shape of the collars, So that’s a real bonus
2.5-30kg in 2.5 increments Ill Post some pictures later.

1 large mushroom
2 cups milk

½ Chocolate Protein bar
¼ tin tuna sandwich + 1 slice white bread
½ apple

7:45
200g roast sweet potato
large serving of roast beef
onions and carrots
Gravy
1/2 Pint milk

10:00
Half a tub of quark
2 weetabix with 125ml semi skimmed milk
5ml flax

Shoulder was ****ed from scraping plaster off walls all day, so i shouldnt of trained really, but i did and i just really hurt it !
If its ok i will train tomorrow.

Shoulder was still bad the rest of the weak but it is alot better now So hopefully back to normal from now and i can start makig some progress!
