starting pics page 1 pics 2 weeks in page 2 comparison pics 2 weeks progress page 3 as you can see from the title the plan is to cut for when im off school in 8 weeks stats: Age: 17 Gender: Male Height: 5' 9'' Weight: 12 stone bf: 15% Routine: Monday: legs Tuesday: steady state cardio 45 mins Wednesday: push Thursday: HIIT Friday: HIIT Sat: pull Sunday: HIIT my diet is: Meal 1: Porridge (40g oats, 200ml skimmed milk) 60g whey in water Meal 2: 130g tuna in 2 slices granary bread veg Meal 3: chicken breast in 2 slices granary bread Apple Meal 4: 4 whole eggs handful mixed nuts and seeds veg Meal 5 (pw): 30g whey in water 30g dextrose Meal 6: meat and veg Meal 7: tub cottage cheese + peanut butter note: I also take 6 fish oil caps note: veg is varied every time

Weigh in: 11 stone 12 pounds feeling leaner although its early im feeling pretty confident. Lacking motivation the odd time but hopefully there will be another shape up comp to help this last week I also didnt do any cardio because I felt I should get into the cut slowly

today was leg day didnt go to the gym though as the back is still quite stiff from sat this is probably because I got a pb: Deadlift: 120kg x 1 was very happy with this btw. anyway will be getting into the cardio tomorrow so looking forward to it

today was steady state cardio went pretty good ...................ok no it went terrible I just realised how unfit I am. My legs are still in bits........Im really gonna put the effort into the cardio now as I want to get fit again. to be honest the diet hasnt gone great today, plan to get back on track tomorrow though just really need something to motivate me

today was my push day went pretty well on the db incline press I got a personal best of 25kg x 6 which I was very happy with considering im on a cut. Push db incline press: 22.5 x 6, 25 x 6, 22.5 x 6, 22.5 x 6 db shoulder press: 20 x 6, 20 x 4, 17.5 x 6, 17.5 x 6 dips: (bodyweight) 6, 6, 5, 8 My diet was ok today I stuck to it except for having 2 flapjacks. Im still pretty happy though.

what percentage bf would you say I am? Diet went well today, had a tiny cake and I mean tiny money went to charity aswell so its all good also doing skipping this evening which is my second cardio session of the whole cut

cheers mate ye 8 weeks is just a plan to see how I get on im in this for the long run not a quick fix and ye doing cardio 4 times a week will be upping this as I go along. lungs are hanging out at the moment im so unfit!

was out drinking last night.........will be the last time until the end of the cut though. was planning on doing back today but im going to just change my saturday and sunday around and go swimming today

today was my pull day went well enough: Pull Deadlifts: 90 x 6, 90 x 6, 90 x 6, 90 x 6 Widegrip chins: 3, 3 db rows: 25 x 6, 25 x 6 EZ bar curls: 30 x 6 Hammer curls: 12.5 x 6, 12.5 x 6, 12.5 x 6 I warmed up with a full body stretch and ended the session with: rowing 5000m (done at high intensity in 4 minutes) x trainer 5 mins
