As in constipated? Lack of fibre, i dont think the eggs would make any difference, just think you need more fibre.

Adding 40g/day of powdered linseeds to your diet + 250ml or more fluid to wash it down with will solve any regularity problems.

Powdered linseeds firm-up watery poo as well as softening-up hard poo. It's a bit like compost improving heavy soils and sandy soils.

where do u get it from nigee Myprotein who advertise on here do it. You can get it in Sainsburys or just go to your local health food shop. You can also buy the seeds in bulk and make your own powder but thats a bit technical for me. Obviously I'm not Nigeepoo and he might know somewhere better / cheaper

People always say I must be bunged up with the eggs I eat, but I never am. As per Nige, jsut make sure fibre intake is good - flax seed powder, psyllium, etc.

Powdered yes, but add some extra water. or are they cheap from supps shops? Pet shop is cheapest. H & B is second-cheapest. Granovita from supermarket is more expensive. Linusit Gold from supermarket is most expensive. Dunno about supps shops.
