TIO hear is my second week pic although am a little confused as to where I should have posted it lol!!!!!!
Am I supposed to be changing my first week pic fior this one? If so how will anyone be able to see my progress??
Also like to add I have lost 0.48% bf this week at this rate I will have some abbs for my hol wwwwhhhhooowww!!!!!!!!!!!!

Youre supposed to keep it in one thread and edit in the new photos
Ill clean this up later on and get Kitty to start a new thread for photos only and keep this for banter, this is too much like hard work lol

Can I just say, I find imageshack a bit rubbish especially when you want to keep track of your photos. I use www.photobucket.com and it's a lot better, you make an actual account (for free) with them and you can create several albums so you can keep your bodybuilding posing photos seperate from the naked pics of your wife/husband/bitontheside/neighbour etc. Also, as the pictures are displayed in an album with thumbnails and direct links to the photos, it is far easier linking the pictures to Muscletalk. You just click the 'direct link' on the picture, Photobucket ingeniously "auto copies" for you, then you just [ image ] http://www.photobucket.com/billsalbum/mywifebentover.jpg [ / image ] and bobs your fathers brother.
Also, I'm assuming that it's the best progress someone has made and not who has the best body at the end? Am I right? So if someone was say 25% bodyfat and they dropped to 12% bodyfat, even though they wouldn't be as 'ripped' as someone who went from 10% to 8% they would most likely still win?
