Ooh this could be good! So the most progress towards a leaner physique over the 13 weeks wins?

Nymjam - you only judging then? To be fair you could make the competition pretty stiff given your past record!!

Yes mate Just starting to hit the diet a little harder now I feel fat and flat but i know that should pass I'm aiming for the 17th August Heart Of England.

as long as theyre in before may 1rst Paulo anytime is good mate

i would just post a link to the pic and take one each week so we can see a timeline of progress

if everyone puts in the image tags itll take ages to load

i think im gonna change the title of this journal title slightly
