I'm going on a crash diet before I take my before photos

Why? Take the pictures now, then go on a crash diet... Like that when you really start you have an advantage... Dont you worry about it. We all know the condition you get to when you arrive at competitions and its even more impressive when you bulked up more previously...

Would be nice to see ya daily intake Young Lady

Too bloody much . I'm not one of those dafties that says I don't eat anything and train loads and still can't lose the weight. I eat too much and often the wrong stuff (usually weekend which starts on Thurs and finishes on Sunday) and I've not done CV for 2 weeks (started again this morning when the scales topped 10st ). I'm now in the 4th week of not drinking alcohol so now that I'm confident with that under my belt, the next step begins. I have until October which should be sufficient time to look like my avatar again if not better

I might take them but I'm shy to show them and I was only being sarcastic about the crash diet

In terms of supps my training partner phoned last night and mentioned he has a cousin over in Canada and wondered if I wanted any Epherdrine. What a perfectly timed phonecall!! So a big package should be winging it's way to me some time soon, thanks very much.

So ECA only for me in terms of assistance plus I've got a load of NHAs kicking around that will be used at the end of PCT for my current PH cycle and through the first few weeks of the cut. ActivaTe and Rebound Reloaded.

And if I needed any more reasons to start cutting right now, my on-site gym at work that has been out of action following a flood last July re-opens on Monday. All brand new shiny kit so AM fasted cardio is on the books plus some lunchtime flexibility/ab work if time permits.

If you want to post up intake, you can do that, just edit your 1 thread to post day to day or week to week results rather than posting new thread after new thread which will make it hard to follow

Yiddo, you have been added to the list my man, good luck to everyone who competes

My training will be 60mins cardio every morning, weights mon-fri. Diet by James. ECA and Clen. Will be going back on AAS on the last few days in June too.
Will keep my journal updated day to day and post a new pic in here every week.
I'm looking forward to this

after everyone is in by the closing date all they do is just post one thread and update that, ill each competitors progress thread by their names on the front page

its just about motivation really and some good old fun, results only too so lets keep it simple

You mean all start separate threads or keep it in one together?

Basically Eddies is assuming we all have our own journals so instead of loading pics in both journal and this thread we only do it in ours and place a link here to it.

Ok. I understand now. I didn't fancy the idea of having two journals, takes me all my time to update one

pretty much so example

Contestant TIO
Week 1: Link to pic
week 2: link to pic

Contestant Samcim
Week 1: Link to pic
week 2: link to pic

etc etc
