'this is what I have so far' lol!

I prolly won't change what I do at the moment, squats, extensions, curls and calf raises. If my back keeps playing up though I may have to switch to the dreaded leg press

After a cack day, arrived home to some good news for a change! I've been accepted by my first uni, St. Mary's in London. Result

Just waiting to hear back from my first choices now.

Incline BP
8 - 8 - 5r 2r 1 @ 72.5kg

Chest Dips (Weighted)
8 - 8 - 7 @ 25kg

Flat DB Bench
6 - 6 - 6 @ 25's

Aiiiiii, comfortable. 25's were way too easy, yet they dont have 28's, so I'll have to use 30's next time.
