Got my St. Mary's welcome pack today, I don't think I'll be going there

A little over 3,000 students, tiny campus.. looks more like a Secondary school tbh. Going up to see it at the end of the month though to check it out properly.

Training the leg gunz tomorrow, watch out.

It's all about the leg gunz.

LEG GUNZ

Squat
8x70kg warmup
8 - 8 - 12 @ 102.5kg

Extension
10 - 10 - 13 @ 10th peg

Press
10 - 10 - 12 @ 14th peg

Raises
12 - 12 - 10 @ 100kg

Squats were very comfortable, not sure what happened on the last set, I just kept going lol. Knee's arent shaking at all anymore, seems doing extensions for a couple of months has helped strengthen the muscles around my knee's. Good'o!

Oh and my back seems to be 'ok' at the moment, I may try some light DL's on Sunday

Had a quick bench session at work earlier, worked up to 100 for 1 rep, clean as a whistle.

Shocked isn't the word

Will get a vid of it at my gym next week

BACK UND TRAPZ

WG Chins
8 - 8 @ 30kg CW
8 @ 25kg CW

Deadlift

8 - 8 - 8 @ 100kg

Cable Row
8 - 8 - 6r 2 @ 13th peg

Plate Shrugs
15 - 14 - 14 @ 25's

Back felt good enough so I did some light DL's, form hasnt felt this good before. Good leg drive, I also lean back into the lft, the bar seems to lift itself. May stay at 100 next week and get the form locked before adding weight, it's been a painful few months off of the DL's

Gym was packed for a change, so couldnt be arsed to wait around for a free bar to do some upright rows.

@ Daz, I don't think I could keep up mate!
