I've been drifting recently, messing about with drop sets and isolations.. I wouldnt say it's been a waste of time, as I've learnt things along the way, what feels good, what doesnt, lifts I'm naturally inclined to do well, and ones that I'm not. Aims as of today: Add 10kg to the big three in the next 2 months (possibly not DL's) Increase general thickness, add width to my back. SD Cycle in June. Look into getting a tan of some sort without leaving the country Will break these down after giving it all more thought.

I've had a smilar stucture to the above mate, currently and past routines. I hate BB rowing, really dislike the movement. Feels unatural which is why I stick to cables. When I go heavy on my shoulders it leaves my upper body drained, I stuggled so much with weigted dips yesterday that I took the belt off, even BW was quite hard. Deads are out of the question until I've found out whats wrong with my back, my left side is dominant and I think it's caused a pretty big imbalance, more stress is placed on the lower left. It doesnt hurt as such, it just doesnt feel right. Could be down to poor form from deadlifting previously, but I don't think it is. May go light and take a vid to show you guys.

why would you do more on bi than tri? the tri is 2/3 your arm, so its easier to make that bigger. and a bigger tri really makes your arm bigger.

Biceps lag tristram, no other reason to it. And if you look again it says 'so far' meaning.. it's not finished yet lol. I agree swift, hate training them too.

youve put a smile on my face if i can get some more bicep ill be well on my way i reckon. my advice is get good at close grip dips, ive really packed some size onto my arms with them. ill be doing them tonight. i think getting good at a row of some sort is key to getting a bit of thickness on your biceps because you can move more weight for more reps rowing than you can curling where about are you from mate?

how low do you go on the dips, i get shoulders issues with dips if i go below parallel personally. Wide grip hits the hell out of my chest though and i also despise training arms
