ORIGINAL: T_Dawg Jack Hey mate, how are you? Been hit with a wave of inspiration yet? Not really! I've found a flat I like and I'm planning on moving in next week, hoping to win my parents approval my mother is making it difficult! Planning on looking for a new job, ideally within walking distance as I hate the commute and driving in rush hour, study in the evenings (either gas/water engineer or some form of science) and then probably apply for police again when my local force is recruiting (rumoured to be August/Sept time). Cheers for asking! Have you bought your tickets for Oz yet?

Should have trained legs today but I'm tired and played GTAIV all day so haven't bothered. After the 4-day DOMS last week, I'm kinda glad tbh! Might train them tomorrow if I can't make Boar's class.

Cheers for asking! Have you bought your tickets for Oz yet? Good to hear you have a rough idea of what direction you're headed in. Good luck with the police application. I applied when I was 19(to the MET), but got knocked back. This was despite having my answers validated and checked by one of my dad's mates who is a senior CID Inspector in West End central . Regarding Oz waiting to get the Visa in my hands. I've seen the flight I want for around £600. Will start planning some itinerary soon.

ORIGINAL: mick_the_brick You carrying on bulking mate?? No, though I'm not cutting as such either. I still need much more mass, but I wasn't comfortable at that level of BF so I've toned cals down a little and increased cardio. Will keep at this for a few weeks and hopefully bring BF down a tad. Supplementing with eph and mdien at the moment.

ORIGINAL: boar did you get that flat ? Yeah mate, its mine from Wednesday, subject to me signing the contract and stuff. How was tonight's circuit? I was stuck on the M6 south for nearly 2 hours this afternoon and only got back about half 6 IIRC, so training without fueling properly would have been a waste of time. Hoping to do some 5x5 @ 140kg squatting tomorrow, then the little arms session I've been doing and half an hour's SS-cardio. Should take just over an hour max.
