ORIGINAL: Titch Nice lifting, 1RM. I thought you'd benched 120kg for 5, or am I imagining that? I did Wednesday/Thursday gone mate I think yeah. Deadlifted 220kg for 1 last week, squat is still a poor 140kg x 8 for 3 sets (yesterday), military press I can manage 70kg x 1. I'm a bit obsessed with strength at the moment, but my waistline is suffering. Gonna train with Boar on a Monday and then 2-3 very steady cardio sessions and hopefully look a little better in the mirror without losing any strength. And if that fails, well thats why god created drugs lol.

20" box jumps, you must be a human flea! Any reason you dropped PL'ing - just not fun lugging around 17 stone day to day?

Legs reach horizontal so pretty good depth. Hoping to get my mates camera this week and if I don't feel too much of a tw^t I'll video my big 3 during the week and put them up. There's nobody really clued up at my gym so I could have my form all over the place and not know it.

The lady in my ava is my latest girlie, and I'm actually really keen on this one! 22y/o, 5 foot 2, natural blonde, DD, very girlie and has a brain too! Just my type!

But I'll enjoy it while she is! I still like going out, but I tend to go out very late now, I rarely go out before 10pm, and sometimes when its like that, I can't be ^rsed doing my hair and getting out of my trackies. I only really go out for the women anyway!

Tuesday 15th April 2008 Almost an hour on a spin bike, nice and steady, made 1000x more fun by chatting to the girl next to me who told me all about her boob job. Plus she had no bra on. Plus she was fit.

Thanks mate, I'm going for gold tomorrow, deadlifts I'm going to go for a 1 rep max so a warmup then build up instead of repping it out. Fingers crossed my mate will drop off his DV camera tonight so I can video it. Having read your journal on UGM mate, I think you'll hit 220kg this year no problem. Are you still sumo-stancing?

Wednesday 16th April 2008 Shoulders and triceps tonight: military press, CG bench, iso-lever press, weighted dips, lat raise, rope pull-down thingies, upright row. Pretty intense session, felt good, all lifts same as last week, one or two extra reps on a couple of them.

ORIGINAL: Ak_88 Your burd iz well fit innit. Hows the diet going? Irritable and tired yet? Rispek blood! Nar no issues yet as not really changed diet much. When I did cardio on the spin-bike yesterday, I'd hadn't had any carbs for......4 hours IIRC beforehand, but had had a MPC shake in between the last meal and training. Other than that, and trying to drop carbs at bedtime (I seem to crave them most at bedtime!) I haven't changed much, just increased output. I need to start weighing myself routinely so I can keep track of it. People keep telling me I should carry on bulking too but I think I'll go with the dropping BF, girls love cutz innit.
