Does anybody know whether this is suitable for vegetarians or not? If you've used it, can you also give me your ratings on the taste? I'm looking to mix it with soy milk, because normal milk makes me bloated.

I would be concerned about the carrageenan content, and how high molecular weight of C can convert in the stomach to low molecular weight and the consequent cancer causing potential. C is added as a thickener.

Research to support this please as I do not belive there is any apart from forum rumour We have never heard this before or seen any medical evidence or research to back up your statement UJ . and it is added as a texturiser not a thickner ie does not thicken but aids mixing and mouth feel etc .. I recieved a sample today and I must say it does taste great and you can really tell it's the best quality ingredients, the only negative point is it seems twice as thick as previous shakes i've had, and by the end of the glass it was almost yogurt consistency, probably could be solved with more milk added.

Yes mix it to the consistancy you desire by adding more or less liquid everyones likes it a little differently some like it thick others like it thin , also we may have sent you more than a full serving in the sample sometimes the packers get a bit carried away .. glad you like it though Wurz
