Just out of interest, does anyone rate other protein sources for shakes, i.e Soy, Rice, Hemp, Egg ect.. Doesn't soy raise eostrogen levels? Can none of the other types match whey?

egg is ace - cheap and...well nasty tasting...but you're probably better off with that if you're lactose intolerant, like you sound to be :)

Just checked out the ON site, the Natural Whey looks pretty good, it's still a blend but has a higher Isolate to concentrate ratio plus no artificaila sweetners, I'm sure it tastes rank but will give it a pop! If that's no good I will try the egg, i'm not good with bad tasting stuff, makes me gag!

Can't seem to find the ON Natural whey in the Uk, might just give the normal stuff a go.
