Hello, I need to get my diet cracked rightly.

I am such a funny eater, so if possible could someone list the foods i should eat to gain weight.

Becuse while going to the gym it will covert to muscle the weight.

i could never put on weight no matter what i ate, usually junk and nothing gd at all till i started training.

now 3 months into training i have very very close to one stone on by eating gd food.

i now live on, no sweet stuff except the odd treat on a sunday

oats
pasta
tuna
fruit n veg (at least 5 per dAy)
litres of water per day
meats/chicken etc
brown bread
cottage cheese
milk etc etc

have on nearly a stone without any difference in looks in terms of fat

cant go wrong with them foods, if your looking to bulk up, just eat as much as you can. i bulk in the winter and cut in the summer, if your new to training id aim for your body next summer and start bulking now

Might wanna measure your BF%, just to keep a tab on things.

Cant co wrong with good clean foods tho, are you eating at regualr intervals?
