Should i increase the weight even if i cant do a full 3 sets of 8 reps, say im failing at 6/7 on the 2nd set, then i fail at 4/5 on the third, is it ok for me to increase the weight the nest time around and try do the same amount on reps, or should i only increase it once i have done a full 3 sets of 8 reps?

If anything I'd lower it if you're only managing 8/6/4, or rest longer between sets...

Increase the weight on the 1st set so you only just reach 8 reps and then lighten it for the 2nd so you only just reach 8 reps and then again on the 3rd set. Other wise your 1st work set is virtually a warm up for the next 2. Why waste your strength in you first set just because of fatgiuge you are going to experiance in the next sets? Never understood the opposite way round myself.
