Good idea Chrissy. Why the gimp mask, you already look scary enough as it is

The students already get cut enough slack due to my gym and eating commitments as it is!

They will appreciate a bit of work with an edge! Will also rope in the Endo bods when I meet with them!

Kitty + whip + gimp mask = too. much. information.

ditto what elfin says

t3 WILL most probably make her lose weight and (being contraversial here ) i do think the dangers are overrated..BUT as soon as she comes off them the weight will go back on, so pointless unless you're doing it for a particular event

Well the weight will go on, unless she adjusts her diet to suit the new need of cals (which will be much less).

Have to agree with Tan. Common sense prevails! Don't overlook the other benefits of regular exercise too: Increased sense of wellbeing, increased self esteen, increase in endorphines. I don't know what the problem with exercise is relating to ( a problem with her hip?), but maybe a carefully constructed exercise programme could help here too: increased stability, flexibility etc. Diets and their results are not for life, a healthy eating regime and regular exercise programme are and the results will endure far longer then the temporary action of a drug.

Mick

Am off sick today but I will probably meet with them Thursday. They are not the fastest workers though, so it may take bit of time and obviously MOD/NHS work will have to take prioroity (if we get any in!)

Sorry to hear that ...

Hope it's not a strain of man-flu or it may take a while to recover

Not a problem - just thought I would try a cheeky bump

Put it this way - my gf has used for 10 weeks and just coming off it. I trust my knowledge and usage to provide written and empirical data for myself and her. I wouldnt risk my GFs health if I believed there was danger.
