and my 2 pennies worth

first your lifting heavier than me and i started in january

ok i can EZ bar curl 25kg

i do that 12 reps p@ss easy. by the 3rd set the 12th rep is burning. i have to put the bar down QUICK and let my arms lop/rest.

this rep range has give my bicep very very good groth rate in the 3 month i have been doing that.

i reccomend you try it.

it's the burning feeling that must be helping me. but everbodys differnt

forgot to ad veins do show thro my bi's when pumped

Do 1000 reps with a pair of 2kg dumbells and the burn be alot more noticable. The increased size in your biceps over time won't be though. The burn is not a good indicator of working a muscle well, simply a build up of lactic acid in the muscle.

give your arms a dam rest.

it sounds like you train them day in day out.

1 week off training entirely will do you good.
