busted my rotator cuff by doing chest today, started to really hurt once i went heavy on flat and when i went on incline so, i played it smart and stop my chest work-out all together, i was kinda pissed off but yea stuff happens..this happen once before, about a month or 2 ago..had to let it recover by not doing chest at all!! only deep push ups and incline push ups and no shoulder work outs and to strengthen the rotator cuff did joint exercises and started to take glucosamine..maybe i went back to heavy bench press a little to early..one person told me you need more rest on it, just do legs..don't wanna take a whole month off or stop going heavy..what i might do is, the stuff i did before such as no bench press and shoulder workouts, just push ups and joint exercises for about a month or 2 and when i do go back to bench press not gonna go crazy on it, gonna take it easy loll..

any advises please??

you haven't done your rotator cuff, esp as you said you did the same thing 1 month ago. if you did you cuff you'd be off for a long time and if you really did it properly most likely you'd be off for 6 months to a year at least (with surgery).

you have most likely strained something or over worked it, if it continues get it checked.
i'd bet thought you haven't done your cuff, maybe other than a sprain

See a physio and they will diagnose it and give you advice as to what you can and can't do

Yep. agree - don't take advice from people on internet forums regarding injuries!
