Frank Mcgrath mate!

Price of that spray!! As far as training goes spot reduction of fat is impossibe but does this spray assist in any way and work like eg HGH which has the most fat burning effect on the injection site than any other part of the body?

As with the above, I concur.

I will say have a look at a product called ThermoGlide, by RPN: http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/rpn/thermo-glide.html

I have always been skeptical of 'topical' fat loss agents, so initially ignored it. But not only are RPN a very reputable company with several of their products held in high regard, there are a number of logs over on Anabolic Minds all reporting this product to be working quite well.

I've got a bottle on its way and I'm keeping a progress journal, so if you're interested you can keep track of it and see how well it works.

I think Topical fatloss can work although I'm not too sure about the product in question, I've heard Avant labs make some gd topical fatloss products if you really want to invest in one. I think there is one called Napalm out at the moment which is getting good feedback.

Here this is a gd read is you can be bothered.

ThermoGlide I believe contains the active ingredients of Napalm.

Results weren't mind blowing, though I wasn't expecting that tbh. I reckon I did get a bit tighter at the end of that particular cut. I would use again but forget it if you're above 12%. Only worthwhile imo in the closing stages at an attempt at a 10% or under cut.

Interesting read mate...hmmm....it's one of those products you'd think is bollocks, but then there are so many studies / products out there like smoking patches etc. that do show through the skin use of active ingredients works.

Still prefer pills tho :) lol

interesting, you imagine it would be the opposite and it would be more effective the more fat you are carrying

Hmm indeed, i was skeptical about it but it seems it does have some merit
