I have always been slack with my water/fluid intake and not getting enough down me, I am trying to ort this out whilst cuttin ATM

Are things like diet coke/coke zero etc OK as part of your daily intake? Getting thru loads of it at tho mo and helps with hunger pangs as well

Sorry for the daft Q but Im not very clued up on this sort of thing lol
